Benefits Introduction

Benefits are digital entitlements that mavi pay automatically delivers to your customers when they purchase a product. They turn a simple payment into a complete fulfilment flow -- no manual work required.

What Are Benefits?

When a customer completes a checkout, mavi pay activates every benefit attached to the purchased product. The customer receives their entitlements immediately via the confirmation page and email.

For subscription products, benefits stay active as long as the subscription is paid. When the subscription ends, access is revoked automatically.

Available Benefit Types

• License Keys -- Unique keys generated per order for software activation.
• File Downloads -- Secure delivery of digital files (e-books, templates, assets).
• Discord Access -- Automatic role assignment in your Discord server.
• Custom -- Deliver any URL, message, or instructions to the customer.

How to Get Started

1. Navigate to Benefits in your merchant dashboard.
2. Create a new benefit and choose the type.
3. Attach the benefit to one or more products.
4. Customers who purchase those products will automatically receive the benefit.
