Selling digital things across borders should be simple, but it rarely is. Every sale drags in tax rules that change from country to country, invoices that have to be exactly right, the handover of the product itself, and — when something goes wrong — a dispute to answer. Selling online starts to feel like running three jobs at once.

We believe those jobs belong in one layer. A sale is not finished when the money moves — it is finished when the VAT is correct, the invoice is written, and the buyer is holding what they paid for. So mavi pay acts as the merchant of record: we run the hosted checkout, work out the tax, and unlock files, licence keys and membership access the moment payment clears.

The ambition is plain: to become the financial layer for independent digital sellers — solo developers, indie creators, small studios and software companies selling software, subscriptions, downloads and memberships anywhere in the world. Digital goods only; no warehouses, no shipping labels.

We build steadily and verify every step.
