01About this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what may and may not be sold through Mavi Pay. It applies to every seller and every account on the platform. By opening an account or listing a product, you agree to these rules. The Service is operated by mavi Finans, Limassol, Republic of Cyprus.

02What you can sell

Mavi Pay is built for lawful digital products and services: software, SaaS subscriptions, downloadable files, licences, memberships, and other digital content — provided you own the rights to sell it or are properly authorised to do so. If you are unsure whether your product fits, contact us before you list it.

03What you cannot sell

The following are prohibited. This list gives examples and is not exhaustive; anything similar in nature is also not allowed:

illegal goods or content of any kind;
material that infringes intellectual-property rights, including pirated or counterfeit works;
fraud, deception or money-laundering in any form;
malware, spyware, credential-stealing tools or anything designed to harm or compromise other people;
regulated, adult, gambling or other high-risk categories that Mavi Pay does not support;
physical goods requiring shipping or inventory;
anything that breaches the rules of our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) or the card networks.

04Your responsibilities as a seller

If you sell through Mavi Pay, you are responsible for describing your products accurately, setting honest pricing, and providing correct tax and identity details. You must keep your content lawful and give buyers proper product support after they purchase. Misleading buyers, or leaving them without the product or help they paid for, is a breach of this policy.

05How we enforce this policy

We may review any account or listing at any time. Where we find a breach of this policy, or activity that creates legal, fraud or chargeback risk, we may restrict, suspend or terminate the account and remove the content involved. We may act immediately where the risk is serious.

06Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using Mavi Pay in a way that breaks this policy, please tell us so we can investigate: abuse.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page. Your continued use of Mavi Pay after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
