When a payment clears, mavi pay hands over what you sold on the spot: a signed download link, a licence key, or membership access — and sends the buyer a receipt email. You never touch the handover.

What happens after the payment
The moment money moves, fulfilment fires. There is no queue you manage and no script you babysit — delivery is part of the sale, not a job you run afterwards.
Every fulfilment is keyed to its sale, so it is exactly-once: if a network hiccup makes the system retry, the buyer still gets one link, one key, one grant — never two, never zero.
Files travel as signed links — a private URL that proves the purchase. Licence keys and membership access are recorded against the sale the same way, so the ledger and the delivery always agree.

Delivered as signed, private download links. The link belongs to the purchase — it is not a public URL you have to hide.
- Licence keys
Generated per sale and recorded in the ledger, so you can always answer "which key went with which purchase".
- Membership access
Access flips on with the sale. When a purchase exists, so does the access — the two can't drift apart.

Where buyers manage their stuff
Today the receipt email carries the goods. A buyer portal — one place for buyers to re-download files and manage purchases — arrives with v1.
Until then, delivery lives in that email. We'd rather say so plainly than promise a portal that isn't live yet.
